Can you say 'non sequitur'? Somehow I'm pretty sure you can't.
That all intelligence is embodied is an important fact, but it is not directly a part of any 'circuit diagram' of intelligence. Else why are you not including the circuit board itself in your 'circuit diagrams'? Or to put it in more computer-centric terms, any implementation of a Turing Machine requires a power source. A power source is no part of the model of computing proposed by Turing nor is it an 'essential component' of Turing Machines.
