The "Halloween Whopper" is their current promotion.
The only interesting thing about it is that it apparently contains molecules that have "learned" how to turn your poop green.

The first time I saw a photo of a Hallowe'en Whopper—a hamburger with honest-to-Satan black buns—I wondered if it was an Internet joke. Turns out it's real.
As for the "green shit" effect, apparently BK uses a mixture of different food coloring agents to make the buns black. Most of these agents are absorbed into the intestines, but one, called "Blue #1" or "Brilliant Blue FCF", is not. So you end up with Blue #1 in your shit… which already has a lot of bile in it… and since bile is yellow, the addition of blue means you end up with green shit.
