I too suspect that Gary will go to his personal Planck limit with regard to evolutionary theory. ("A scientific truth does not triumph by convincing its opponents and making them see the light...." etc.)
Anyway, that text book has a felid on the cover, so clearly it proves that quantum theory relates to biology. Plus it's either a tiger or a pussy cat depending on how you squint at it, and you can't tell whether it's alive or dead and stuffed without opening the book, so clearly it's all quantum-controlled consciousness. :)
