He wants somebody to demonstrate the mutations that would convert a chimp genome into a human genome? Does that mean take a chimpanzee zygote, genetically alter the parts of the DNA that have significant differences between the two species, then implant it back in the womb and see what comes out 9 months later?
On a side question, would the zygote be implanted in a chimpanzee female (perhaps the same one it was taken from), or a human female?
Or did I misread the suggested experiment?
