Are you sure that's not the point? KF posted this provocative screed just as the remaining civil conversants were discussing leaving the echo chamber to implode. (Not to imply that there are no civil people among the creationist regulars at UD, but I don't think they're really having a conversation--they're just taking turns preaching to, and singing in, the choir.)
And with comments to that angry, hypocritical rant closed you naturally opened up a new conversation in one of the current threads, thus prolonging its life. It looks like the day or so of comments before that was mostly full of KF and Joe stirring each other up, looking for stimulation. Now they've got a new little fight to play with.
