Some remaining questions:
Who programmed the electric fields in the developing face of the frog?
Where was the information stored before it was copied into the face of the developing frog?
Is there still information in the adult face? If so, is it the same as in the developing face?
Is the information transferred to the next generation? If so, how?
Where does the information electric signals encode in the brains of IDiots come from? Wait..., I forgot that they don't need material structures to develop crazy ideas.
