No you haven't, as evidenced by your own inability to do it. When you tried, the results were hilarious and became a great chapter in the ongoing series "Chubby Gallien's Butthurt over getting scientific things wrong" (Vol 29, issue 11 I believe).

Measuring CSI wrt biology |
Did you simply try to measure the CSI in the definition of aardvark or rather try to present your measure as the CSI present in an actual aardvark? Did you do much the same thing with caek and a recipe? How did that work out?
Why did you link to the paper on "Functional Information"? Can you use that to determine whether something was designed? Is it the same as CSI and FIASCO, despite all three being different? Please demonstrate that they are mathematically equivalent. The previous sentence isn't trying to help anyone, just for the laughs.
