And in reading the article, I think that Prince Charles is just talking out his but, and he is not really advocating rolling back the Enlightenment, rather he is suggesting that some problems could be solved locally, not globaly,
But if he continues to talk out his Princely Buttocks, perhaps we could remind him what happens to royalty that displeases a large percentage of the commoners...
He's just got to use his head. Better than Charles I! :)
