You've got one thing right at least. How can ID replace any theory at all when there is no ID theory to speak of?

As Behe notes, evolution cannot accomplish HIV. So FTK, where did HIV come from? Presumably it did not exist 6000 years ago when the known universe was created? At what point in the last 6000 years did HIV appear FTK?
