So, you think the guy is "reasonable" because he praised Hitchens?
Hitchens is a fundamentalist atheists who has clearly said he hates all religion. He says the most tragic day in history is the one that is commemoated by Hannukah; he argues that if only the Jews had been defeated an wiped out that day we could have been spared the whole thing. (p 273 and 274) Hitler would have loved it, Judaism wiped out totally.
No Science for Kansas Citizens there.
He also brags about the ethical glories of Marxism and brags about how he admired Trotsky. (pages 151 and 152) You have heard of Trotsky, the leader of the Red Army who rode around Russia in his armoured train targeting churches for burning, and believers for shooting?
Not much Science there, either.
