Nah, I don't think Germany had any chance at all of beating Russia, with the US against them or without. Within two years of the German invasion (and before the Allied bombing offensive really got underway), the Russians were already outproducing the Germans in tanks and aircraft, and their army, while not terribly well trained, outnumbered the Germans by a pretty wide margin.
It would have been long and bloody, but the Russians would have rolled right across Europe (and, I suspect, Communist parties in France and Italy would have had a very good shot at taking over there).
