I'm here quite a bit more often than 'from time to time', but rarely interject unless something crosses one or another line.

I'm amused to note how many of you think Davey the ultraTard even has a wick in his candle to polish. I suspect it burned out years ago (from lack of real use?) and no amount chemical enhancement could help.
Huh, you know the hyper-creepy look on that guy in the Enzyte commercials, the one with the long-suffering, and apparently constipated, wife? Take Dembski's expression and you know how a man looks who needs Enzyte and can't get a rise out it. Rather the specified inverse of mr enzyte.

Seriously, the thought of afDave and Dembski both being married and both having procreated is enough to make me rethink the attractions of lesbianism.
And to reconsider launching my 'make abortion mandatory' campaign.

And speaking of women, whatever happend to the ever-delightful Rilke's Granddaughter? I worry about her sometimes...

It's good that new generations should be reminded of these things from time to time.

And Kristine, unless you live in Austin, TX, I doubt you'll ever cross paths with Dave. Tho be warned, he's been known to track people down on the internet and post personal information on them when he's feeling vindictive. It's best not to make that too easy for him.

It's almost like he's been duped recently, like he was flirting with a 'girl' and it turned out to be a ruse. Now he feels guilt / anger at freeing his 'little republican swimmers' to the cooings of Lou CFD. He's always been a bit marginal (he thinks Mann 'adam's apple' Coulter) is hot and this doesn't sit well with the desinger's list of no-no's.

I'm in Austin, TX right now. I have another seminar to give tomorrow. I think UT Austin is big enough that I would rate it fairly unlikely that Springer will be meeting me on this trip. Of course, next year may hold several more opportunities, since the Texas SBOE will be considering science textbooks once again.

I have to apologize to Kristine, because I helped to set off the DaveTard rant-machine by pointing out he could simply use a proxy and post here and get eviscerated. His response was :

He claims 2 things: (1) Moderators of this forum must have psychic powers to detect him, regardless of how he alters his "style" of writing.
(2) Wes "could" check for anonymous proxies, but he, DaveTard, has a dialup that gives him a dynamic IP.
Apparently he doesn't realize that he's shot down his own excuses. True Tard-dom isn't pretty.

I have not followed the entire exchange, but if he is referring to his getting banned at PT, then David Scott Springer is a liar.

"Random" names - no, he used MY name, a name he KNEW was real. �He used it in an attempt to make me look bad. �The irrational person he is, he glommed onto me for reasons unknown to me and began, among other things, of accusing me of being 'GWW'. �Which was really odd, since I had only rarely posted at PT at all and when he started mentioning me, I had not even lurked at PT for some time.

He knew exactly what he was doing, and he got caught.
