Yes, bacteria continually evolving antibiotic resistance and the evolution of antimalarial resistance by Plasmodium (how many drugs now (5+?) in different malaria species, with different molecular mechanisms) is no problem. Call the WHO and CDC, and let them know we're A-OK.
