Some of that is because Trump won counties that have few voters. It's annoying that they don't look also at GDP per capita.

Hmmm. I can get the link to post correctly: maybe it's too long. The whole post is a great putdown of kf, hitting the nail right on the head.

As I’ve already said: if you want to spend millions of dollars running giant audits of the election be my guest. I’d rather see the money spent on social programmes and combating COVID-19. But when you prevent the incoming team from coming up to speed on significant security and medical issues then you put a lot of innocent people’s lives at risk. The US infection rate is still climbing and you’re willing to let the commander in chief stonewall and do nothing to help, firing people who publicly disagree with him like some petulant school boy.

So far not a single US court has looked at the evidence presented to it and thought it was worth examining that piece of the claimed fraud. You can choose to be paranoid and imagine some great, grand conspiracy but surely Ockham’s Razor would suggest that there was not widespread and systemic fraud.

But you won’t back down because you’re too far into the fantasy to admit you got it wrong and back away.

Hydrochloroquine all over again.

Kairos focus believes evolution is a global conspiracy, global warming is a global conspiracy, Hydrochloroquine is a global conspiracy, now the election is a national conspiracy...

You wonder if he believes anything that isn’t a conspiracy.

Reminds me of how Saddam Hussein set fire to all the oil wells in Kuwait after it was clear he was getting his ass kicked militarily.   Trump is trying to make everything into an ever bigger mess than his previous shitshow just for spite.

But if they're not actually saying "fraud", then what are they saying? Without that, they're just wasting everybody's time.

Are they just saying that their boss is a sore loser? Nah. Surely not.

Yeah, really great, snarkingly apologizing in comment #582 of a thread which started on March 18, 2020, and THEN CLOSING THE THREAD FOR COMMENTS.

It’s on KF’s election fraud conspiracy thread. I have lost count of the comments. They are well over 1000.

This was Rudy’s first court appearance in 28 years, I think he’s just a little rusty.

Therefore, I grant Defendants’ motions and dismiss Plaintiffs’ action with prejudice.

That’s not good, is it?  🤔
dismissing with prejudice, for anybody who doesn’t know, means “this case is so bad you’re not allowed to try to change it an re-file it.”

Legal twitter has been having a good time with these cases, laughing at how bad they are and how judges are handing them their arses. If Sidney Powell gets to court, they're going to melt down.

Guiliani's strategy is to have cases that are so bad that they get rejected so quickly that they can get their case booted up to the Supreme Court in time to save Trump.
