As someone whose physics ended with basic Newtonian, I've been able to understand cogzoid's post much better than I've understood yours. In fact, many of your answers to his objections seem like non-answers or obfuscations, but this could be because I don't know the relevant physics to immediately connect your seemingly orthogonal responses to cogzoid's questions.
Since the superfliud helium paper you claimed as empirical support for 'quintessence,' however, I'm more inclined to believe that you are simply obfuscating. That, and leading poor cogzoid along for fun. He seems to be enjoying himself, however, so by all means please continue.
