CO2 only absorbs 8% of the heat radiated from earth, That alone says that CO2 cannot be anything like a blanket. Then given the fact that the concentration is only 410ppm there is no way it could act like a blanket.

Seriously, if wind moving sideways was sideways from an off-earth inertial reference frame, that would mean all wind was always climbing in altitude w/r/t the earth, which would require overcoming gravitational force with some mystery energy, and secondly, the atmosphere would be constantly expanding away from the earth, which would thin out the oxygen until everything quickly died.

It's like arguing with an angry 5 year old.

That's what makes him so fun to watch. It's not just the incredibly stupid things he claims. It's also the amazing gyrations he goes through to avoid admitting he was demonstrably wrong.

You could write up the proof that if it were pointed randomly, since the probability of every angle is equal, the probability you were below the horizon would average the probability you were above the horizon, but the proof would include an integral, and he can't do trig, so he certainly can't understand calculus II.

If he were actually an angry five year old, this would make us bad people, but since he's a grown-ass man acting like an angry five year old, I think we're ethically in the clear.
