I said that "minion" implied people at my direction, and that I didn't presume that applied. But I got to thinking just how convenient having some (or even one) minions could be, and thought I'd float that idea. I'll really try not to be too much of a slavedriver... ask for a bit of transcription here, some online research there, that sort of thing. No making bricks without straw, I promise. To be honest Wes, you're hardly a Dembski like figure with an agenda to make money of your rubes*. I've found AtBC to be a community that welcomes outsiders, and debate. But you *have* to be able to debate, that's they key. I supose it was easier for Ftk to deal with the idea of minions than the idea that people came to be anti-ID independently through evidence. I am a tad dissapointed with Ftk as I actually did have hopes that she would see just how corrupt the ID side was.

(I first came across the word in a John Buchan book, the second in a trilogy, at the beggining of which one of the characters scores the winning try in a Scotland rugby match.  Now lets see how many people know their Buchan.  The same book also has the word Hamesucken, which is the act of assaulting someone in their own home.)
