The theory of intelligent design holds that certain features of the universe and of living things are best explained by an intelligent cause, not an undirected process such as natural selection.

I wonder what level of intelligence ever brought this anti-scientist to such an 'incompetent forum.'

I came here to show that the mob in this forum is dangerously unqualified to judge scientific cognitive theory. Experiment was successful.

And you return to show that you can't keep your word about leaving, or do anything but make unsupported statements--mostly, just lie.

We've discussed de-tardification, but not really tardification.  Maybe because it goes so low...

giggles, how are you ever going to prove to us that your theory is worth shit if you flounce out now

i mean, you said there is no fucking way you will ever try to publish your work in any of the scientific literature.

so, i aint gonna read that shit on planet sorcerer or whatever

and if you think that bullshit is going to impress a judge in whatever lawsuit your fellow travellers dream up and massage your ego enough to convince you to participate with them, man, that's hilarious.  you'll never see a courtroom

so, science is out.  courts are out.  the only place you could possibly be getting any attention at all is on the interboob, yet you want to shit and run.  why is that?  hmm?

The comfort of an academic sub-culture can make it appear that dancing in the middle of culture-war battlefield is only tons of fun, nothing bad can happen to them. But in this case the dancers who call themselves scientists were shown where we are at in our 20+ years of theory building so they can review it and offer suggestions to improve upon that, could not even follow the scientific method. The most sinister attacks from who did not even look at it. After having proved they didnít the excuse was they are not going to download a MS Word file (Google viewer was also available) from anyone. Instead nitpicked an earlier theory they found online that is NOT even supposed to be a Theory of Intelligent Design.

Getting pompous and abusive just because a theory like this is here working out for helping to answer bigger-questions, is so incredibly unscientific itís unethical. Ones who see no point in it should just shut-up and get out of our faces so that others who might have something constructive to say can speak without fear of being attacked this way too.

The scientific system has so completely failed for so long itís already an epic battle over way-more than ID. For years, university level researchers have been downgraded when their work applies to cellular or molecular intelligence, or itís made to seem they are playing with words and itís wrong for me to take it literally when Iím the expert on whether their work is in fact in the area they say it is.

Others might say I already wasted more time than I should have in this cognitive science wasteland with turf-protection scientific method where a science news media is expected to do all our thinking for them. I can maybe get more done by ignoring the politics. But either way it has to be confronted. Best that happens ahead of the theory becoming even more a part of the public school science curriculum and/or student started discussions.

You had your chance to suggest changes to the newest text. Not my fault this forum chose to discuss all else instead of whatís already getting around. And some states already enacted bills to protect teachers against this bullying. US education laws and ethics are not on your side like you think. In all states they are against you, including PA, where the ruling was against the actions of board members against another theory, not from teaching a "Theory of Intelligent Design". All states require public school science teachers use the best judgement possible to benefit the student(s) they work for, not political activists or academic authority (who only think they have legal control over what happens in the public school science classroom).

The possibility separation of much governmental hype should the fixation portents being anti-science stopping mainstream material--it should apparent that only the high quality science to be do is this. Gary,

Do you agree or disagree that science is falsifiable, naturalistic, and/or methodical?

here's a funny comment from Planet Source Code

I know I am new to this site but really, I don't get it. Whilst I have no major issues with the code itself, the 30 page "documentation" (besides for some reason being supplied twice) seems to contain pages and pages of material that bear no obvious relationship to the program itself. And worse, makes it appear as if the publication of the code itself has more to do with some kind of pro Intelligent Design agenda (though not in any form that the Discovery Institute or its advocates would recognise, I am sure) than anything else.

Actually, heddle, if you've got nothing to do, scan over his ...word usements...and see if you can tell what he's saying. We can't quite make out what exactly his theory is supposed to be.

But we've been told we are powerless to stop it from being taught in high schools.

Unlike political activists who shoot-off their mouths without knowing what they're talking about, science teachers welcome the help. †The theory is already in some high schools. Parts of it are mixed into the usual K-8 curriculum.

Tomorrow I'll be taking the high-speed press (which arrived this week) off the skids. Already have half a skid of natural white (light tan) text, for printing a nice batch of 7x10 booklets.

Where are parts of your theory taught in high school?

Or are you just referring to the fact that some items you mention in your manifesto were taken from actual science, which, yes, is taught in high school?
