Well, with all the birthday threads, I figured this was a bigger deal and merited its own thread. Here's to Louis and new spawn!

Cheers Argy!

Although I'm not sure the suggestion that my child has anything to do with Arden is a good thing. I think I'll wait until the little lad is sufficiently intellectually developed to cope with Chatfield's particular brand of nonsense. That should be some time next week I reckon.*

Louis

*And if THAT doesn't bring Chatfield out of retirement I don't know what will. Where is the deviant any way?

As we all know, UD-level tard makes even the strongest-willed among us want to find a way to propel the Earth into the Sun. I'd like to see Chatterbox and stevestory get their asses back to the tardmines -- although I probably shouldn't talk, since I took a long break.

ETA: Also, isn't it about time for young Nick to start hitting the pub? Kids nowadays are such slackers.

It's about time we got little Nicholas out of the bathroom.

It's no place for a youngster.

Out of the bathroom and into the pub. Gotcha.

I am looking forward to explaining this to my wife...

"Explain"? Explain!?!?!?

You and young Nick are MEN, dammit. Manly men doing manly things that manly men do. You don't "explain" -- you state the facts, you dictate terms, you lay down the LAW.

Of course, following my "advice" will soon lead to you having lots of time to spend at the pub...and the park, and various hotels -- and young Nick will be able to share lots of time with his dad.

Whoever he is.  :)  :p

Your friend,

Exactly!  He needs to be in a more nurturing environment.

I will take advantage of this thread to ask a question:

Has any serious study been made about the effects of sex on the developping* foetus? Not merely physical, but also physiological, vis hormonal exchanges between mother and foetus, and whatever effects sex (or absence thereof) during pregnancy could have on the developpment* of said foetus...

This is purely a scientific inquiry, and in no way a perverted move on my part...

I'm about 99.99% sure it has been studied already, and if someone can link me, I'd like to get into it...

*For Tiktaalik's sake, can someone also give me a definite rule about double consonants in the english language?

I'm not going to comment about the effects of shagging on the unborn (other than to note that prostaglandins in sperm can cause early labour late in pregnancy), but I notice you are asking for a rule about something in the English language.

{Shakes head}

Oh my dear, sweet, horribly misguided, Gallic chum. The English language doesn't have rules! How else can we confuse foreigners? We built an Empire on having impenetrably irregular conjugations of verbs and declensions of nouns. Otherwise people might have understood us.

Not only what Louis said, but what rules there are vary by country/region.

No, it's not! Where the hell have you been?

You probably missed something here besides the fact that Louis is a mum, but I'm not sure if I can recall it. Dembski is still an idiot, FtK and DT are still AWOL, and Gordon Mullings is still spewing like Krakatoa.

I started out with twins. I finally got to sleep when they went to high school.

I'm a bit inebriated. Happy father's day Louis. :)

How DARE you tell me my son is a one eyed, bat eared, no nose, gap toothed, shallow cheeked, butt ugly, bum faced baboon's arse!

That is more than harsh. Well done!

Good to see you back. Stay. Taking the piss out of Deadman is too easy, especially given all those things he does to squirrels.

Whoa whoa whoa! I never said I hated you, that's vastly too far.

I do however think questions should be asked about your local law enforcement's/animal welfare's rigour and ability to protect local squirrels from your depredations.

If you choose to interpret that as "hate" then you go for it. Personally, I see it as a desire to control the spread of squirrel syphilis...

Never mind, Deadman's probably basking up the wrong tree. Nothing fishy there.
