That stuff is what he was talking about. Mark Chu-Carroll has also commented on the essays on the EIL site. There's not much else to do until they appear in a journal somewhere. I would have thought it would be relatively easy to slip some of that by in some computer science journal, and not necessarily even an obscure computer science journal.
