"Between" has a specific meaning.

Like claiming ID as scientific then also admitting to be a YEC?

That puts your lard ass between a rock and a hard place.  :p

How many different designed, er, Designed "kinds" are there Chubs?

ID is scientific and I never said I was a YEC. I don't accept the Bible as any sort of authority so that squashes your ignorance.

Yet you claim every biological experiment ever conducted supports baraminology, which is Biblical created 'kinds" that were put on Noah's Ark.

If you're such a scientific genius why don't you accept all those supposed scientific findings?

Chubs logic strikes again.   :D

Every biological experiment does support baraminology. Your ignorance means nothing.

Hey Chubs, when you're done making an ass of yourself yet again over 0 doesn't equal 0, why don't you explain your YEC position that every biological experiment supports YEC baraminology.

:D  :D  :D

Hey Timmy, when you get finished perhaps you could actually make an argument.

But Chubs, I am making an argument.  The argument is Joe Gallien is a potty-mouthed scientifically ignorant ass who is ashamed of his YEC beliefs so he hides behind the skirts of ID.

So far there's lots of positive evidence for, none against.

You don't know what evidence is. And you have proven to be too stupid to assess any/

Hey, Joe, check out # 7.

There isn't any probability that the letter d is in the word "mathematics".

Yep. Now look at the answer at the bottom of the page.

Has anyone else noticed how Joe started switching between wave and wavelength?  Do we think he's unaware of the difference or that he's trying to fool someone?

A wavelength is a wave and a wave has a wavelength.

Really? A wavelength is a wave? Do you really want to make such a stupid claim?

What was I thinking? Of course you do. So be it.

I can hardly wait for you to teach us about amplitude. It ought to be entertaining.

Joe, all you have to do to have me publicly apologize is show that you know the frequency of a wave that has a wavelength of 1 meter.

You said wavelength = frequency or frequency = wavelength... which may or may not be the same thing in JoeyMath.

The wavelength is 1 meter. What is the frequency of the wave.

You could have ended this months ago by doing it.

eta: or admitting you were talking out your butt with no real clue as to what you were saying.

A wavelength is a wave and a wave has a wavelength.

a wavelength is mathematically represented by a scalar. A wave is a function.

Are you even trying to sound smart? Or is this a special experiment to see if there's a minimum energy necessary to maintain a Poe?

Joe should wrie MIT, too.  From 6.041 Probabilistic Systems Analysis and Applied Probability - Lecture Notes - #1:

Quote
Sample space: Continuous example
Ω = {(x,y) | 0 ≤ x,y ≤ 1}

Probability axioms
Nonnegativity: P(A) ≥ 0
Normalization: P(Ω)=1
Additivity: If A ∩ B = Ø, then P(A∪ B)= P(A)+ P(B)

Axiom 3 needs strengthening
Do weird sets have probabilities?

Of course Joey doesn't understand the symbology, but there is some faint chance he knows what "≤" and "≤" mean.

Or he knows more about probability than a MIT professor who teaches it.

To the contrary, “[a] fair reading of legislation demands a fair understanding of the legislative plan.” In the context of Obamacare, that means that the law must not be read simplistically in a way that undermines its certain purpose of improving insurance markets. More broadly, however, King is a warning to lawyers who seek to tear down laws they disapprove of through clever games.

We have sinusoidal waves, square waves and all sorts of waves. I wonder how Joe treats non-sinusoidal waves. Let's say one with a few harmonics and even some non-harmonics thrown in for good measure.

Waves

ETA, BTW, is a square wave a wave or a pulse train?

Joe thinks he can see an em wave on an oscilloscope so he would just take out his tape measure  and ....never mind. He certainly won't  be giving us all a good quick exposition on the use of the Fourier Transform.

Is JoeG really Donald Trump?

Or maybe they are cousins... you know, the kind that are married to each other.

Whatever the cause, Don and Joe sound very much alike (minus the cussing, but he is "running" for president).

It could be a Mexican wave.....

Or perhaps a permanent wave, in which case the wavelength is dependent on the size of the toupee.

We might make fun of Donald by saying he's out of touch but it's easy  enough to understand his point of view. He's so rich he can afford Austrian aristocrats as servants so it no wonder he doesn't want Mexicans.
