From TSZ:
Eventually, aged 50, I embarked on a science PhD (cognitive neuroscience). That's what I've done since (and I turn 60 tomorrow, yay me!)

Excellent.  Happy Birthday.

I'm guessing bar-b-que flavored penguin chips would be an inappropriate gift.

That is a cool me hope! Hope your birthday goes something like this:

Church burning ebola boy

FTK: I Didn't answer your questions because it beats the hell out of me.

PaV: I suppose for me to be pried away from what I do to focus long and hard on that particular problem would take, quite honestly, hundreds of thousands of dollars to begin to pique my interest.

Its a good thing, a b'day. So happy one Lizzie! I'm right behind you on that 60 thing.

Happy birthday!

I turn 44 this year and I've been seriously considering going back to school so this gives me hope.  :)

Thanks guys :)

I'm touched.  Love the graphics!

I've been in denial until a couple of days ago, but now the new decade is upon me it doesn't seem too bad.

And 60 is a pretty cool number.

Late as ever, but haffy birfday, Lizzie!

(I was on time over at TR: that's my story and I'm sticking to it, or maybe it's sticking to me, or ...)
