The conference hotel group rate is $70 per night, and depending on how late the events on the last day go, would mean 4 or 5 nights for the hotel. Call that $350. Registration for the full conference is $130. Proceedings in print and on CD are $80. Then there is travel to and from Pittsburgh. So the base cost without travel and per diem meals is $560.
