And then you gave us examples of a frequency and wavelength. They're not equal to each other, Joe. They're not even the same dimension.

But you didn't. You told me about a wave with a frequency of 1.87MHz and a wavelength of 160m. The fact that a wave has particluar frequency and wavelength does not mean the frequency and wavelength are equal. Or even interchangeable. Or even kinda-sorta similar. A wave with a wavelength of 160m can have any frequency at all (subject to the restriction of not travelling faster than the speed of light). Frequency and wavelength are different things. "Frequency=wavelength" is like saying "blue weighs 120kg". It's nonsense, in feathers, on stilts, singing the nonsense song and doing the nonsense dance on the Feast of St Nonsense The Nonsensical.
