did similar circumstances to those proposed for  H. floresiensis produce "dwarfed" dinos too?

Nah, those dinos are probably from the town of Bedrock, where the Flintstones and friends bred them for smaller size, to make it easier to make pets of them.

I assume they're those same little dinosaurs that Fred used to power his car and his washing machine. You know, the ones that would always look up at the camera and say "Eh! It's a living!".

At least that's what the signage at the Hovind museum told me.
