Rittenhouse didn't murder anyone. He was clearly defending himself pursuant to Wisconsin law, chapter 939.48. According to witnesses and the on scene video Rittenhouse was the aggressor and was in a screaming match with the first victim when another shot was heard somewhere in the crowd.  Rittenhouse panicked and shot the first victim four times including in the back, hip, and forehead.  Real "self defense".   Rittenhouse then ran and several in the crowd tried to block his escape.  Two good Samaritans tried to take his rifle to prevent further shooting, not attack to harm him, but Rittenhouse shot one dead and seriously wounded the other.  At no time in the evening was Rittenhouse anywhere close to being threatened himself.  That's why he has been changed with first degree intentional homicide (for the first victim), reckless homicide (second victim) and attempted intentional homicide (third victim). Any points we’ve made about how much more tolerant we are than the creationists have been long made. Joe will now have to find another forum to behave as he does.
