On the The Classical Music Guide Forums you will find a copy of the New Scientist's article Intelligent design: The God Lab which describe the efforts by the DI to get Axe some credibility he would later use to obscure the idaea behind the Biologic Institute which, I guess, was in some way already part of the Wedge Document.

According to Matt Young's latest comment over at PT the BI may still be walking while being dead.
