OTOH climate change has to take into account the history of the earth because that very history calls into question the chicken-little alarmists. The climate changes, that is what it does and will do so regardless of any input from us. |
And when we're talking about human caused climate change, you can really only talk about the time period when humans as a technological species existed.

You are still a climate denier, which is odd, because you agree that CO2 is a greenhouse gas and you know that humans are dumping gigatons of CO2 into the atmosphere. And yet, you don't think that humans cause climate change.

How am I a climate denier when I say that the climate changes and is changing? Weird, indeed.
Just because I understand that CO2 increase only matters when all else remains equal and all else doesn't remain equal, that makes me a denier? Idiot.
Plants need CO2, we need plants. The Sun, our orbit and the angle of Earth's tilt have far more sway over our climate than parts per million does. Water vapor is by far a bigger player- just look at deserts. There's CO2 there but the lack of water vapor is what allows the desert nights to get real cool.
CO2 is not the problem. Just about everything else we do is, though. Dirty snow melts in temperatures that are below freezing. And the glaciers are filthy
