(1) Light bulbs, etc., don't reproduce; they don't evolve in the same sense that biological systems evolve. That is at least one reason we don't see them in nature. (2) It's the IDists who say that irreducibly complex biological structures can't evolve. See: CB200:Irreducible Complexity
