Sorry, I'm not seeing that as a conclusion of the paper you cited.
|The SRP and receptor GTPases are ubiquitous in the three superkingdoms and the two corresponding parts of the phylogenetic tree follow the standard model, with distinct archaeo-eukaryotic branches (Figure 5(l)).
