What brand smoker is that? I have a small Cookshack smoker that I use on occasion. The best thing I ever did in it was to smoke a 6 pound prime rib with peach wood. |
Landmann, from walmart. The wider one for $150 after tax. Kept running a bit hotter than I would like, wanted 225, kept going to 250. Good old American degrees, not degrees C(ommunist).
