Apology, or notpology?
1) Although there is a bit of indirection present in Dr. Dembski's opening remarks regarding the "low polemic" he claims to have endured, I don't read him attributing his behavior to those experiences and thereby evading responsiblity.
2) Nor does he take with one hand what he gives with the other by including gratuitous attacks upon those to whom he is apologizing.
3) There is significant humility and self-disclosure.
4) Hollow bones and black feathers are evident in his stool.
I therefore find this to be apology rather than notpology. Can't have been easy.
