Why on earth does anyone <b>CARE</b> that a few hard core crackpots will interpret the dismissal of a frivolous lawsuit as "oppression"? Of course they will. So what?
I care when a relatively sophisticated attempt is made to guide public education or public policy by denying or distorting science. I don't care that delusional narcissists feel sorry for themselves.

BWAHAHAHAHAHA! But if PZ could be sued for "slandering" Pivar, PZ could sue YOU for "slandering" him with this remark! Can you "prove" that PZ Meyers "hates everyone"? In fact, your remark is far more obnoxious and unfair than PZ's was. I've almost never seen a better example of total lack of insight.
