The word “Muslim” means one who submits to the will of God. Muslims accept One True God.
Judaism preaches One True God. All followers of Islam are Muslim. Not all Muslims are followers of Islam.
The God of Abraham- the One True God- is THE God of Islam and Judaism. Islam accepts the Old Testament and its prophets.

Islam is NOT synonymous with Judaism. I never said, thought nor implied otherwise.
Islam accepts the Old Testament with the exception of who Abraham was supposed to sacrifice.
