it's a reference to the 303 caliber Lee-Enfield rifle used by British and commonwealth forces in WWII.

I was watching a documentary on the ranting of Charles Manson at the same time I was reading that thread. The similarity between The rants of Manson and KF is scary. They both firmly believe that their word views are correct, and that serious action must be taken to get us back on course. I’m glad I don’t live on Montserrat.
