Not Lurch, that was played by Ted Cassidy (among others). The alien in TZ's To Serve Man was played by Richard Kiel who later became famous for playing the evil henchman Jaws in James Bond movies. |

ETA, Kiel was the "ghost" on one episode of Gilligan's Island. Pretty sure.
