Wavelength is inversely proportional to velocity of propagation and of frequency.
Consider sound, which has different velocities in air and in water and in hard objects, such as metal.
Or consider the velocity of light vs that of radio waves.
Anyway, Joe is simply stuck thinking that if you know the frequency of a radio wave you know its wavelength. For a guy designing antennas, that's close enough.
He doesn't seem capable of admitting that that's a gross simplification, not to mention it's completely incorrect to say frequency equals wavelength.
-------------- Any version of ID consistent with all the evidence is indistinguishable from evolution.
