I will quickly dissect some of your tripe then get back to the Eclipse IDE and Java tutorial where I'm now at lesson 10.

Nor are Lehman and Stanley "modeling with what [Gary] explain[s]". This is where details Gary ignores bite him.

Well then let's see how much of the following is a real problem:

Quote (Wesley R. Elsberry @ May 08 2013,22:31)
Lehman and Stanley do utilize a genetic algorithm but they have turned off selection.

If a model does not have the most important required variable in all of DARWINIAN THEORY then it is NOT a DARWINIAN Model anymore. Your argument is pointless, to begin with.

Differential proportions of descendants can't be attributed to direct competition.

And?

Quote (Wesley R. Elsberry @ May 08 2013,22:31)
Gary does not implement a genetic algorithm in his VB code.

If you demand that luxury then put your money where your mouth is, instead of slowing me down with your BS.

Quote (Wesley R. Elsberry @ May 08 2013,22:31)
Gary has no form of inheritance in his VB code whatsoever.

No duh?

Quote (Wesley R. Elsberry @ May 08 2013,22:31)
Lehman and Stanley utilize a recurrent neural network in some of their approaches.

And?

Quote (Wesley R. Elsberry @ May 08 2013,22:31)
Gary does not implement any such thing in his VB code.

For like the 20'th time it's a COGNITIVE MODEL, and the reasons why I only needed that (and could not afford more anyway) were already explained.

Quote (Wesley R. Elsberry @ May 08 2013,22:31)
Lehman and Stanley utilize the NEAT algorithm to define neural nets in another approach.

That is part of the COGNITIVE MODEL that has NEURONS that they can make virtual ROBOTS with, like I do. It is absurd to argue that this makes a model with no selection required a DARWINIAN model.

Quote (Wesley R. Elsberry @ May 08 2013,22:31)
Gary, needless to say, does not implement any such thing in his VB code.

I don't need to explain how that is easily added, to ones who already know how...

--------------
The theory of intelligent design holds that certain features of the universe and of living things are best explained by an intelligent cause, not an undirected process such as natural selection.
