For anybody with good Google foo that wants to contribute to The Highlander's porn discussion, I read an article on porn and rape statistics a couple of days ago that I can't find now.
The essence of the article was that during the time porn exploded world-wide, rape rates have dropped 85%. There were some figures from countries that legalized porn at different times that indicate that it was the increased porn that was responsible for the decrease in rape rates and not some other factor.
More interesting - since child porn was cracked down on, child rape has increased.
If someone can find that article, a few quotes from it should really wind Gordon up. Try salon.com and slate.com.

If anyone can still stand to post on UD, charging The Gordon with advocating actions that will greatly increase rape should get a great rise out of him.
