Batty yells into the cave: Quote | So it would have been clear that the A-I Milano mutation is not evidence for microbe-to-man evolution. |
I really am flummoxed by this phrase, "microbe-to-man evolution." Does anyone say, "penny-to-dollar evolution," or "person-to-company evolution," or "voter-to-election evolution"? Surely, even Batty is not making the even more unfortunate creationist mistake (than "assuming no beneficial mutations," whatever that is supposed to mean) of assuming that one microbe evolved into one man, when any multi-cellular organism is, well, multi-cellular?
Because that is exactly what he seems to be saying. I think the responder should nail him/her (likely him) on that point and get him to be more precise. (Good luck.)
