Lamp? What the hand is pointing to seems to be the same shape as on old-style metronome. I may be wrong, but that's what it looks like to me (there does seem to be a slight gap in the lower left corner that could mean it is a lamp shade, for instance). There is the lamp on the other side (the big white one).
Is this a Liberace reference, or am I missing something?
