Demsbki uses his religion to analyze reality
Dawkins uses reality to analyze religions.
Dembski will claim that Dawkins is as dogmatic as he, but this is plainly false. Dawkins believes a god to be highly improbable due to evidence. Dembski has a book telling him there must be a god.
