Can anyone confirm that the video clip of Comfort was shot in 2001 as he claims?
I've never seen that clip before. I suspect it was made *after* the clip in which Dawkins is speaking. I don't even think Comfort is talking to a real audience. The close shots and the seeming sound edits are suspicious. Notice the same shot of the crowd is USED TWICE: at 0:58 and again at 1:44.
Does someone know how to download youtube videos? I think the video is a forgery, and it may be taken down now that suspicions are raised.
Comfort certainly has ample motivation for making a fake video: he can claim that he was joking all along. There was no indication of that until this video surfaced.
