Does anyone else feel sorry for Winston? He looks so young in the EIL picture, and he's clearly fallen in with a bad crowd.

Is Winston Ewart a grad student? If so, he's being poorly served by his mentors, who have allowed him to get in bed with this crowd.
ETA by his picture and status ("Research Assistant"), yeah, he's a grad student. Poor kid.
