Barry,

Perhaps you should have spent a little more time on Google, as you might have found Palin’s address to the AIP convention here:

That aside, you have missed my point. Perhaps it was too subtle, so let me spell it out for you.  If you wish to call the link between the Palins and the AIP specious, fine, I won’t argue. But you are willing to abet trafficking in the connection between Obama and Ayers that is based the flimsier evidence that they served together on the Annenberg Challenge. Use your mad google skillz to learn a little about the Annenbergs and you will find that they are rock-ribbed Republicans.  So, why do you suppose they are associating with a known terrorist like Ayers?

Given that the Alaska Independence Party is a native American party……Are you some sort of anti-Native American bigot or something? Please explain.

Joe Vogler, founder of the AIP, was no native Alaskan. He was born in Kansas and didn’t move to Alaska until he was an adult. He also had known ties to revolutionary government of Iran, who sponsored him to speak at the UN. An engagement that was forestalled due to his untimely death in the aforementioned plastic explosives deal gone bad. So, it has nothing to do with a bias against Native Americans, many of whom I associate with up here in Oklahoma. So, I would advice that you leaving the race-baiting to professionals like Jesse Jackson.

Nice touch challenging Dave about his self-professed street cred with the minority community (I love my fellow Okies), although you probably should have slipped a comment in there about Dave being the one with a bias against Inuits.
